Abstract

Considering schools, high school and higher education institutions in particular, as sites of human resource development practice, the authors explore their experiences of a radical and unplanned shift to a 100% virtual learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic through scholarly personal narratives. Through this methodological approach, the goal was to identify the necessary skills for success in a virtual environment resulting from an unplanned shift.
